About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated automotive sales consultants who can turn curiosity into confidence and help customers find the perfect vehicle.

Duties
· Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored vehicle options.
· Guide customers through the sales process with transparency, integrity, and a focus on long-term satisfaction.
· Master all new models and their features to showcase benefits, options, colors, accessories, and pricing.
· Stay on top of our used vehicle inventory with daily lot walks.
· Understand competitor offerings to position our vehicles effectively.
· Stay current on inventory, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings, and communicate them clearly.
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
· Deliver compelling feature presentations tailored to each customer.
· Handle all deal details with accuracy: paperwork, financing, and stock availability.
· Ensure smooth, efficient vehicle deliveries with outstanding delivery.
· Follow up with customers within 24 hours of delivery.
· Manage and update CRM notes, follow up with leads, and nurture prospective buyers into repeat customers.
· Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets and provide exceptional dealer-to-customer experience.
· Meet end of month key performance standards for both store locations. This includes compliance with the following
o End of month KPI’S
o Onstage enrollment benchmarks
o Mobile app activation benchmarks
o Completion of End of month training and certifications.
· Maintain a clean, organized showroom and adhere to company policies and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A customer-first mindset
· Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
· Basic computer skills, and comfort with CRM systems.
· Positive attitude
· Professional personal appearance
· Organized and able to manage time wisely
· High School Graduate required
· Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.
· Prior sales experience is preferred, but a commitment to learning and growth is essential.
