Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage a variety of day-to-day tasks, including supporting sales operations, assisting customers with orders and inquiries, maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities. The role also involves maintaining quality customer service while fostering positive client relationships and supporting the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage processes efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and an understanding of the sales cycle
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office
