Mixly Cocktail Co. is looking for a driven, polished, and entrepreneurial Sales & Account Growth Associate to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is excited to build a career in sales with an emerging beverage brand. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, communicates confidently, and is eager to grow with the company.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is equally comfortable in the field and in the office — someone who can drop off samples at a local shop, check in on inventory, follow up with existing customers, and also help prepare for larger sales conversations with key retail and strategic partners.
About the role:
The Sales & Account Growth Associate will support Mixly’s sales efforts across new business development, account management, field execution, and sales operations. This person will play an important role in helping us build strong customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and create more structure around our sales process as we continue to scale.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and strategic channels
- Support the growth and success of existing accounts through regular outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
- Conduct local market visits, product drop-offs, inventory checks, merchandising support, and account check-ins
- Help prepare for and support sales presentations with larger retail and strategic partners
- Build, maintain, and improve sales trackers, pipeline tools, and account follow-up systems
- Work with lead-generation tools and platforms, including Keychain, to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Coordinate samples, outreach materials, follow-up communication, and next steps for active prospects
- Track account activity, purchase orders, lead stages, and customer performance in an organized and reliable way
- Identify opportunities for additional placements, reorders, stronger account performance, and new business growth
- Represent Mixly with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, beverage, CPG, retail, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, personable, and professional presence
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing hands-on field work with polished customer-facing communication
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in where needed
- Excited by the opportunity to grow with a small, entrepreneurial company
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or sales tracking systems is a plus
- Interest in food, beverage, retail, and brand-building is strongly preferred
