Job Summary:
Equipment Training Solutions (ETS) Technical Consultants are responsible for supporting global instructor certification processes, administering and improving learning management workflows, and ensuring accurate and automated training record management across eLearning, simulator-based training, and instructor‑led courses. This role additionally supports marketing analytics and the content development team with project scheduling and invoicing activities.
What You Will Do:Instructor Certification & Training Process Management
- Manage and improve global Demonstrator/Instructor (DI) and Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) certification documentation and record retention processes.
- Maintain certification records, track retention cycles, and ensure documentation compliance.
- Partner with regional training teams to standardize workflows and improve the global instructor experience.
Learning Management Systems & Training Record Automation
- Administer LMS processes that capture activity from eLearning modules, simulator sessions, and instructor‑led training.
- Develop automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
- Support user management, reporting, and troubleshooting processes across ETS learning platforms.
- Ensure clean, well‑maintained datasets within LMS and CRM systems.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting Support
- Assist marketing team with dashboard development, analytics reporting, and performance insights.
- Pull and interpret data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and ETS learning platforms.
- Provide insights to support marketing campaigns, website performance, and user engagement tracking.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with ETS, Product Groups, Demonstration & Learning Center teams, and external vendors.
- Respond to quick‑turn requests and support both internal and dealer-facing stakeholders.

- Organization & Independence: Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Considerations for Top Candidates:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with LMS or CRM systems (Cornerstone, Moodle, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft O365, especially Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project coordination, scheduling, or operational support roles.
- Prior exposure to training operations, certification workflows, or adult learning concepts.
- Ability to work 5 days per week on‑site at the Edwards Demonstration & Learning Center.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good human relations skills and ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
Additional Information:
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
