Who We Are
Belle is a telehealth company has grown rapidly over the past 2 years. We're launching new product lines, building new channels, and moving fast. We need someone to help keep the content engine running and the community growing.
What the role is
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the full stack of modern brand marketing: from creator partnerships to community building to campaign execution. We’re looking for a Social & Community Marketing Coordinator to help keep our content engine running and our community thriving. You’ll support the day-to-day execution of our content pipeline, help recruit and coordinate brand influencers, manage conversations across our social platforms, and contribute ideas to our top-of-funnel marketing strategy.
What you'll actually do every day
- Support the content pipeline. Help coordinate the content calendar: tracking deliverables, organizing assets, scheduling posts, and keeping creators and internal stakeholders aligned on deadlines.
- Influencer outreach. Research and identify potential brand influencers, send outreach messages, manage inbound responses, and help onboard new creators with briefs and guidelines.
- Community management. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. Flag trends, recurring questions, and sentiment back to the team.
- Contribute to top-of-funnel ideation. Bring fresh ideas to brainstorms (trending formats, creator collab concepts, platform experiments) and help turn approved ideas into briefs and action items.
- Project coordination. Keep trackers, timelines, and task lists up to date so nothing falls through the cracks. Own the operational details that keep campaigns moving.
Who this is for
- You're 0–2 years out of school with experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count).
- Active, curious participation in social platforms. You know what’s trending on TikTok and Instagram because you’re actually there
- Strong written communication, especially in short-form and conversational contexts
- You're organized to a fault. Checklists, calendars, color-coded spreadsheets — that's your love language.
- Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks and switching contexts
- You don't wait to be told what to do. You ask smart questions, take initiative, and figure things out.
Nice to haves (not dealbreakers)
- You've run a social account — personal, for a brand, a club, a side hustle, anything.
- You've used tools like Notion, Airtable, Later, CapCut, or Canva.
- You've worked with creators or influencers in any capacity.

This is a fascinating time to learn growth marketing and leverage AI. We're small, we're scrappy, and we promote from within.
Compensation
