Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, and contract specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and FMP to monitor progress, update schedules, and manage documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate execution of work.
- Manage project timelines by tracking milestones, adjusting schedules as needed with project scheduling tools.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and changes for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or commercial projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes and contracts management.
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working on construction sites providing practical understanding of field operations is highly preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
