About This Opportunity
Mercedes-Benz of North Haven, part of the Mauro Motors family, is looking for a high-performing automotive sales or BDC professional ready to step into a leadership role — without leaving the deal floor behind.
This is not a traditional desk manager role. As our Service-to-Sales Manager, you will own the most overlooked revenue channel at any dealership: the service drive. Every day, dozens of customers bring their vehicles in for service — many of them sitting in equity, eligible for an upgrade, and completely unaware. Your job is to change that.
You'll be equipped with industry-leading acquisition technology that automatically identifies eligible customers, sends them a personalized offer via text while their car is being serviced, and hands you a warm, opted-in lead ready to talk. The system does the heavy lifting — you close the deal.
This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekend requirement, competitive pay, and a clear path into senior management within a respected luxury brand.

What You'll Do
- Own the service drive pipeline — Work directly with Service Advisors to identify customers whose vehicles are in equity or due for an upgrade
- Engage and convert — Respond to warm, opted-in leads generated through automated SMS outreach and personally present vehicle options and structured offers
- Structure competitive deals — Build and present offers using market-based valuations; negotiate toward a customer-accepted outcome
- Collaborate cross-departmentally — Partner with the Service team and Product Concierge to deliver a seamless, elevated luxury experience consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Track performance — Monitor unit sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction scores, and lead conversion metrics; report progress to leadership regularly
- Mentor and support — Help guide newer sales team members with process, product knowledge, and best practices
- Maintain compliance — Ensure all transactions, documentation, and communications meet dealership and manufacturer standards
Who You Are
- Proven automotive sales performer — You have a strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets; prior management or desk experience is preferred
- A natural communicator — You build rapport quickly, listen well, and can guide a conversation toward a confident decision without pressure
