OverviewThe Strategic Finance Manager is responsible for leading the business strategy, data analysis, and aligning financial goals with business objectives. The role will be critical in the successful execution of the Company’s long-range financial plan and provide data-driven insights in support of strategic initiatives across the company including M&A. This position will monitor trends and developments in the industry, the economy, and capital markets, and will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of both internal and external financial, business, and technology trends, including long term financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a detailed 3-statement financial model, valuation model, and other relevant industry and market models
- Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and analysis of investment opportunities
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on company financial performance, including metrics to help meet long term growth plans
- Responsible for developing forecasts and creating analysis regarding customer and ARR related metrics, while providing though leadership on the implications of these metrics
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- Conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking to inform growth strategies
- Develop and present dashboards, reports, and executive summaries highlighting financial performance and KPIs
- Identify areas for operational efficiencies and implement process improvements within the finance function
- Maintain detailed financial model, valuation model, and other relevant industry and market models

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.5+ years of related experience in a senior financial or strategic role, preferably in
- Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment.
- Prior experience in investment banking
- Strong experience with FP&A and BI analytics tools, including Adaptive Insights and Power BI
- Strong business partnering experience with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, along with strong financial modeling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department.
- Experience at a Private Equity portfolio company preferred
- Excellent leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
