KORRES Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of korres.com. You’ll manage everything from product uploads and inventory coordination to site merchandising, promotional execution, and reporting. You’ll work closely with our Director of E-commerce & Digital and cross-functionally with our Athens-based global product and content teams. We need someone who can manage a full system of tasks, build processes where they don’t exist, and bring operational rigor to a fast-growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Content Management
- Own all product uploads, PDP updates, landing pages, site banners, Shopify tag management, and collection page organization, including content and copy
- Receive and coordinate content assets from our global team; ensure timely and accurate deployment on-site
- Define creative briefs for all promotional banners and site merchandising outlining placement, design requirements, timing, and campaign alignment
- Lead data mining and performance analysis across the site, including personalization modules (e.g., homepage and PDP carousels), identifying revenue-driving patterns across customer behavior, product affinity, and purchase paths
- Execute promo banner swaps during live site-wide promotions, including on-call during go-live windows
- Own the end-to-end go-live process for all new product launches on korres.com, from inventory forecasting and SAP sync to content gathering, PDP copy, asset preparation, merchandising placement decisions, QA, and post-launch performance monitoring
3PL & Fulfillment Coordination
- Develop a working understanding of fulfillment workflows and identify issues that impact inventory accuracy or customer experience
- Monitor inventory sync between Shopify and our fulfillment partner; escalate discrepancies and coordinate resolution
- Coordinate with tech partners, ensuring data integrity across systems and minimizing disruption to customer experience and revenue
Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Own inventory management by navigating excess, expirations, product discount strategy, bundling, and out-of-stock monitoring and escalation
- Align on replenishment needs in cooperation with the HQ supply team, building out 12-month forecasts both monthly and quarterly
- Work within SAP (ERP system) for inventory tracking, product data, and supply chain coordination
Site Merchandising & Optimization
- Re-merchandise landing pages and collection pages based on seasonality, inventory, and performance data
- Lead ongoing A/B testing and site experiments using site testing partners (VWO)
- Evaluate and recommend new personalization and on-site tools
- Conduct competitive site monitoring (heatmaps, UX, promos, merchandising) regularly
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Build weekly and monthly site performance reports (traffic, conversion, AOV, top products, bounce rate)
- Pull and organize data from GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, and internal tools
- Coordinate cross-functionally with global teams on content delivery, product launches, and operational timelines
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, site management, or related role
- Extensive Shopify admin experience across product management, discounts, theme editor, bulk-editing apps (Matrixify)
- Experience working with ERP systems- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot, build reports, and work through inventory data
- Experience with inventory management, replenishment workflows, and stock-level monitoring
- Comfort managing a high volume of tasks across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Clear, organized communication style
Preferred
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle DTC brands
- Familiarity with CRO tools (VWO, Hotjar, Google Optimize) or A/B testing on Shopify
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO (metadata, keyword placement, collection structure)
- Experience with Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify Analytics, or similar ecommerce reporting tools
