About the RoleWe are seeking an Associate, Digital Content to support our Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy in day-to-day posting and content generation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, on-trend content that amplifies our brand presence across social platforms. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager to align content with our strategic objectives and adapt to emerging social trends. This role supports content creation across multiple One Club programs and their social channels, requiring the ability to tailor messaging and creative approach for each.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Generate engaging and original content (copy, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our diverse audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube
- Collaborate with the strategist to ideate and execute social-first campaigns.
- Attend and cover One Club events and initiatives
Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Adapt content strategies in real-time to leverage current trends and platform updates.
Support & Collaboration:
- Assist in managing day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand alignment across channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Help track and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation
- Ability to create, shoot and edit social first video content
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies in social media.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position that requires all staff to be present at our New York headquarters in Hudson Yards on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the possibility of additional days to match potential workload.
