What you’ll doAs an SDR, you will help build laiout’s sales pipeline across the U.S., with a special focus on identifying and engaging high-potential commercial real estate teams in large corporations, architecture, and design & build accounts.
You’ll be based in Denver, where one of our Account Executives is also located. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work closely together in person, learn directly from an AE, and help build a strong commercial presence for laiout in the U.S.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Outbound Prospecting: Research target accounts, identify the right contacts, and reach out through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels. You can get creative and use AI tools where helpful to improve research and outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Understand whether prospects are a strong fit for laiout and qualify them based on online research or interactions with the lead.
- Meeting Booking: Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
- Account Research: Build strong account context before outreach, including company activity, real estate footprint, relevant projects, and potential pain points.
- CRM Hygiene: Use HubSpot to track activities, update lead statuses, and keep prospect and account information accurate.
- Metric Driven: Deliver against weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Denver-based AE, as well as the wider commercial team across the U.S., Europe, and APAC.
- Learning the Market: Build a strong understanding of commercial real estate, workplace strategy, architecture, and how laiout helps teams move faster.
Who you areWe’re looking for someone who is ambitious, curious, structured, and excited to start their career in B2B SaaS sales:
- You are about to graduate, recently graduated, or have up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing work, internships, student organizations, or a similar environment.
- Based in Denver, with the ability to work closely with our Denver-based AE and collaborate across U.S. time zones.
- Excited by the idea of outbound sales and comfortable learning how to reach out to new people through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Curious about technology, startups, and how software can transform traditional industries.
- Highly organized, reliable, and consistent in execution.
- Willing to learn fast, ask questions, receive feedback, and improve quickly.
- Able to research companies, understand what they do, and turn that into relevant outreach.
- Strong communicator who can write clearly and speak confidently with prospects.
- Resilient, motivated by targets, and comfortable with the fact that sales involves rejection.
- Real estate, proptech, workplace, architecture, or design & build interest is a plus, but not required.
- Excited about the intersection of technology, design, and commercial real estate.
