What you’ll doAs an SDR, you will help build laiout’s sales pipeline across the U.S., with a special focus on identifying and engaging high-potential commercial real estate teams in large corporations, architecture, and design & build accounts.
You’ll be based in Denver, where one of our Account Executives is also located. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work closely together in person, learn directly from an AE, and help build a strong commercial presence for laiout in the U.S.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Outbound Prospecting: Research target accounts, identify the right contacts, and reach out through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels. You can get creative.
- Lead Qualification: Understand whether prospects are a strong fit for laiout and qualify them based on online research or interactions with the lead.
- Meeting Booking: Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
- Account Research: Build strong account context before outreach, including company activity, real estate footprint, relevant projects, and potential pain points.
- CRM Hygiene: Use HubSpot to track activities, update lead statuses, and keep prospect and account information accurate.
- Metric Driven: Deliver against weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Denver-based AE, as well as the wider commercial team across the U.S., Europe, and APAC.
- Learning the Market: Build a strong understanding of commercial real estate, workplace strategy, architecture, and how laiout helps teams move faster.
Who you areWe’re looking for someone who is hungry, structured, and excited to grow within B2B SaaS sales:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, outbound prospecting, or a similar commercial role. SaaS or startup experience is a strong plus.
- Based in Denver, with the ability to work closely with our Denver-based AE and collaborate across U.S. time zones.
- Excited by outbound sales and comfortable reaching out to new people through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Highly organized, reliable, and consistent in execution.
- Curious and able to research companies, understand what they do, and turn that into relevant outreach.
- Strong communicator who can write clearly and speak confidently with senior prospects.
- Resilient and motivated by targets, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Real estate, proptech, workplace, architecture, or design & build experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excited about the intersection of technology, design, and commercial real estate.
