Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities for partial remote work. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building client relationships, developing staffing strategies, and drafting proposals tailored to unique business needs. You will ensure seamless coordination between clients and candidates, oversee the recruitment process, and ensure successful placements. Additionally, you will assist in analyzing client benchmarks to optimize staffing solutions and participate in industry events to foster brand partnerships and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing industry operations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to design effective staffing strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively
- Familiarity with the fashion industry or prior experience in related roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in productivity tools and CRM systems for client and workflow management
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
