About the Role
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) provides financial insight through forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making. This role partners closely with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive improved financial performance aligned with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, cash flow, and initiative evaluation
- Ensure financial targets align with corporate guidelines and strategic objectives
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance commentary
- Prepare financial presentations for executive reviews and strategic discussions
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes
Business Partnering & Corporate Engagement
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, and IT teams to support data‑driven decisions
- Submit corporate financial reporting and ensure consistency with corporate standards
- Evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost‑optimization opportunities
Process Improvement
- Drive efficiency and standardization across FP&A processes, tools, and reporting
- Promote best practices for data integrity and analytical accuracy
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance
- Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with financial systems such as SAP or Power BI preferred
Work Environment
- Professional office setting
- Regular sitting at a workstation (25%–75% of the workday)
