Adamsmark Construction is currently looking for a Sales Representative in Multifamily Construction Renovations. The right candidate's primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Identify viable leads and acquire new business by prospecting, presenting, and closing accounts.
• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long lasting business relationships.
• Meet or exceed all sales call activity standards and monthly revenue goals established by
management.
• Develop daily, monthly, and yearly action plans and schedules to ensure all sales goals are met.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field and office activity in a timely manner.
• Prepare presentations, estimates, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Build relationships and increase company visibility through participation in company sponsored
activities, trade shows, and similar activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Attend company meetings and work well with the team.
