I’m currently working with a fast-growing, vertically integrated real estate investment platform to add an Investment Analyst to their team in South Florida.
This firm has built a strong reputation in a niche asset class and continues to scale across both U.S. and international markets. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to acquisitions, underwriting, and strategic investment decisions within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions
- Building and maintaining financial models and investment memos
- Analyzing property-level financials, market trends, and performance metrics
- Partnering with the investment team on strategy and execution
- Monitoring macroeconomic and real estate market dynamics
What they’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or investment analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to tools like CoStar, ARGUS, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
