Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Designer who can turn bold ideas into high-performing advertising across platforms and channels. You combine creative intuition with platform expertise and a performance mindset, developing content that connects with audiences and drives measurable results.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across creative, media, account, and data teams to craft campaigns that not only look great but deliver. From concept to execution, you’ll own the creative process, developing messaging, layout, and design elements that feel native to where they live, whether that’s a billboard, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, display, or the next emerging platform.
This is a remote position for candidates based in Texas, with occasional on-site presence required for content creation and team collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Concept, write, design, produce, and optimize ads that connect across every channel, from traditional to digital.
- Translate creative ideas into fully realized layouts and executions, not just messaging handoffs.
- Cohesively and strategically resize and reformat ads for various campaign sizes and outputs.
- Create static and animated graphics for digital advertising and content when needed.
- Collaborate with creative, media, account, and data teams to align execution with campaign goals.
- Produce advertising to spec and technical standards across multiple media formats.
- Develop creative that highlights strong calls to action for traditional, digital, and emerging media.
- Translate performance insights into fresh creative iterations that improve results over time.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviors, and emerging creative formats, including AI-driven tools.
- Build and execute testing frameworks that inform future creative direction.
- Produce work that’s technically sound, strategically grounded, and creatively powerful.
What You Bring
- A link to your portfolio showcasing relevant design and advertising work.
- 2–4 years of experience concepting, designing, and producing creative for digital and paid media channels, with a strong understanding of how ideas perform across platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Canva, and Google Slides; bonus for experience with Figma or similar layout tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to concept, craft, and execute creative that translates seamlessly across channels and formats.
- Evolving interest and experience with AI and generative creative tools such as Firefly, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based platforms.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with a collaborative, strategic mindset.
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven creative work.
