Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Coordinator located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned retail
accounts — owning the operational details that keep our customers happy and our business moving.
This person serves as a key point of contact between retailers and our internal teams, executes
account paperwork and reporting, and partners with the Director of Business Growth on account
strategy and new business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day management of existing retail accounts across mass, specialty, and
off-price channels.
• Execute new brand and new item paperwork, set-up forms, and ongoing account documentation.
• Own the order process end-to-end — from buyer commitment through receipt, review,
and revisions as needed.
• Prepare and distribute weekly sell-through, inventory, and order status reporting for both internal
teams and retail partners.
• Track buyer communication for existing and prospective customers and serve as the conduit
between retailers and our internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory management, and customer service to ensure smooth order
flow and on-time delivery.
• Review the weekly production tracker and communicate updates relevant to retailer needs.
• Organize and maintain sales materials, samples, and account files across our customer base.
• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to bring
new programs to life.
• Attend internal sales meetings and contribute to account planning and new business outreach.
• Support special projects as assigned by the Director of Business Growth.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in beauty, consumer products, or retail account support / coordination.
• Working knowledge of retail math and account operations.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in
parallel.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player who is also a self-starter.
• Familiarity with mass, specialty, and/or off-price retail channels is a plus.
• Passionate about beauty.
This is an in-house, full-time position based in our West Los Angeles offices.
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus BOE.
