Murphy Insurance Services (Allstate Elite Agency – 2 Years Running) is a high-volume, fast-paced insurance agency seeking a reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, works efficiently in a high-call environment, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Compensation
- $21 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements (Read First)
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License – REQUIRED
- Fluent in Spanish and English – REQUIRED
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Prior insurance or Allstate agency experience a plus
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (English & Spanish)
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, endorsements, and coverage options
- Process policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals accurately and timely
- Conduct outbound calls for renewals, underwriting follow-ups, payment issues, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records using agency systems, carrier platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Identify and document cross-sell opportunities and refer or offer coverage when licensed
- Collaborate with sales team to support retention and account rounding
- Handle payments (cash, check, and electronic) when necessary
- Follow all call center protocols, compliance standards, and phone etiquette expectations
