Role Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in planning and executing a wide range of events, including seasonal, holiday, social gatherings, restaurant/hotel promotions and other special occasions hosted at our venues.
Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing , work alongside property operations and sales teams to identify opportunities to target in-house guests, locals, and out-of-town visitors with compelling promotions, campaigns, and events that drive incremental revenue and curated experiences for each of the Bridge Hospitality properties.
- Assist with coordination of entertainment/musicians across the Bridge Hospitality.
- Create banquet event orders for each event and resumes for larger events and holidays and ensures communication of events across the properties.
- Oversee event setup, including decor arrangements, audiovisual equipment setup, and guest seating, and provide on-site support during the event to address any issues or concerns, which requires attendance on occasional weeknights and weekends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current industry trends and fashions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications
