HempMeds, the best selling CBD company in the industry is now looking for passionate and motivated Outside Sales representatives to sell its Hemp based CBD products and supplements.
HempMeds is the original innovator of the CBD industry which grew by 40% in 2024 and which is expecting similar exciting growth for 2025 and beyond! HempMeds is looking for the right people who want to get a piece of the action.
The HempMeds outside Sales Team are independent contractors (1099) and, therefore, have complete flexibility in the hours and days they choose to work, with the ability to make uncapped commission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and face to face visits
-- Identify, qualify and develop prospects and manage an affective pipeline from introduction to close
-- Progress strong relationships with existing customers to upsell new products
-- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
-- Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products and benefits
-- Highlight product features, and provide answers to questions.
-- Close sales, impact sales results, and achieve monthly quotas
-- Accurately report on activity related to customer interactions
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record of success in closing sales
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting for clients
- Self-starter, results driven, and outgoing
- Adaptable, professional and able to manage time effectively
- Fast and eager learner, and a team-player
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside/field sales preferred
- Experience in health and wellness, or natural foods and supplements industries a plus
