What We Offer:
- Fast-track to management in 6-12 months
- $100,000–$150,000 base comp+ per year, plus bonuses and commissions

What we’re looking for...

- Begin as a Financial Professional to gain firsthand experience in client relationships, business development, and financial solutions.
- Learn to provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, and protection strategies.
- Complete required licensing and training to prepare for leadership. We pay for license training and FINRA exams.
- After your first year, transition into a paid six-month intensive management training program.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals.
About you...
- Prior sales, business ownership, or management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree a plus, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Commitment to professional and personal growth.
- Ability to pass state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training and support provided).
