Founder Content Creator & Social Producer
Location: NYC / Long Island (Hybrid – primarily on-site with Founder)
Reports to: Founder (day-to-day) + VP Brand Marketing (dotted line)
The Role
We are seeking a culturally fluent, high-output content creator to work directly alongside Aimee Kestenberg, Founder and Creative Director of the AIMEE brand. This role is embedded in the Founder’s day-to-day, capturing, creating, and scaling always-on content that brings both Aimee and the AIMEE brand to life across social, digital, and emerging platforms.
You are not managing from a distance; you are in the room where it happens: on set, in our NYC
showroom, at QVC headquarters in Pennsylvania, in design sessions, and in real life at the
Founder’s Long Island home. Your job is to translate those moments into compelling, high performing
content.
This is a unique opportunity to help build a founder-led brand engine, with visibility across social,
live selling, podcasting, Substack, and beyond.
We are building a brand rooted in creativity, confidence, and connection - and the Founder is
central to how that story comes to life.

Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Content Capture
- Act as a “fly on the wall” capturing daily content across:
- Design + studio moments
- QVC / live selling environments
- Travel, events, and day-to-day life
- Identify and capture authentic, unscripted moments that resonate
Content Creation & Editing
- Shoot and edit short-form video (iPhone-first) for:
- Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid media
- Turn raw footage into platform-native, high-performing content
- Deliver fast: same-day or next-day turnaround.
Founder Amplification
- Support real-time content during live moments (QVC, events, activations)
- Capture and publish content that extends the Founder’s voice and presence
- Contribute to the growth of Founder-led channels across:
- Social
- Live selling
- Podcast
- Substack
Content Operations & Workflow
- Upload, organize, and tag all content into shared systems
- Ensure content is easily accessible and actionable for the marketing team
- Identify standout content and flag for broader use (paid, email, site)
- Liaise with the Brand Social Media Manager, who defines strategy, guardrails, and “rules of the road” across Founder and Brand channels, ensuring alignment while maintaining speed and autonomy in execution.
Content Environment Readiness
- Ensure key spaces (home, studio, closet, podcast setup) are camera-ready
- Light styling and setup to support consistent, elevated content capture

• Content Native: Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form storytelling
• Strong Eye: Instinct for framing, lighting, and composition - can make scrappy feel elevated
• Fast & Resourceful: Bias toward action; thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Comfortable with Talent: Confident capturing and interacting with a founder in real-time
• Editor: Proficient in mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Culturally Aware: Understands trends, pacing, and what drives engagement today
