Water Heaters Only, LLC Water and Air Products– HVAC Customer Technical Support
We are seeking a qualified Technical Expert individual to come and be a part of our team! You will assist us with our growth in the HVAC residential market. The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting to assist in resolving customer questions and offering solutions to support our company’s position in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
· Strive to be the expert regarding everything technical with WHO product offering.
· On-going ability to learn through continual education through factory training, previous education, field experience.
· Assist customer base with product troubleshooting and installations or any issues that may arise from equipment purchases.
· Strengthen relationships with our customers by being professional, courteous, and competent – always willing to help solve their problems. Understand and demonstrate the importance of working as a team.
· Organizational skills must be such that the individual can continue to seek other duties instructed by management.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience through field experience and/or education in PHCC industry or closely related industry
· Must have familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment. Must have an aptitude for gas, electrical, water and equipment troubleshooting with the ability to work independently and interact in a Professional, courteous and knowledge manner with customer either on phone or at customer sites.
· Ability to work with top manufacturers in HVAC marketing, including Water Heating, Hydronic package systems, and Water Conditioning systems
· Ability to build rapport with customers and continue relationships with customers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
· Ability to lead and work independently
