We work with revenue ops leaders, RevOps managers, and CTOs to fix broken Salesforce instances, build what's missing, and rebuild the systems that scale companies past their next growth wall. Role Description
This is a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role reporting directly to the founder. You will own the top of our pipeline. Your job is one thing: book qualified demos. You'll do that through LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and the phone, using tools like HeyReach, Clay, Sales Navigator, and our CRM. You'll send 50-100 personalized messages per day, follow up relentlessly, and qualify prospects against our ICP before passing them to the founder for the close. You will not close deals. You will not manage accounts. You will not work warm inbound leads. Your focus is generating qualified pipeline from cold outbound and getting really good at it.
Day to day:
- Build target account lists in Sales Navigator and Clay
- Run multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Qualify prospects using ANUM (Authority, Need, Urgency, Money)
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the founder
- Track every touch in our CRM
- Iterate on messaging weekly based on what's working
What success looks like:
- Months 1-2: Trained and ramped. First sequences live with weekly coaching.
- Month 3: 50% of full quota. Meetings booked consistently.
- Month 4 and beyond: Full quota. 10-20 qualified opportunities per month.
- Months 12-18: Clear promotion path to Senior SDR or Account Executive if you hit your numbers.
This is a grind. You will get ignored, ghosted, and rejected most of the time. The reward is direct access to a fast-moving company, a real career path, and uncapped commission on the pipeline you generate.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
- Strong written communication. You can write a 75-word cold message that gets a VP to reply.
- Coachable. You take direct feedback and adjust within a week, not a quarter.
- Resilient. You treat rejection like data, not damage.
- Organized. You can manage 200+ accounts across different sequence stages without losing track.
- Based in the United States with eligibility to work without sponsorship.
Strongly preferred:
- Experience selling into B2B SaaS, RevOps, or technology buyers
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a product (even basic admin-level). You'll be selling Salesforce consulting services, so context matters.
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools: HeyReach, Clay, Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a previous SDR role
Nice to have:
- Current or recent role at Salesforce or a Salesforce consulting partner
- Active LinkedIn presence (regular posts, comments, real engagement)
- Internal promotion in your last role (e.g., BDR to Senior BDR)
