TLC Motors is hiring a full-time, in-house content creator to help build one of the strongest automotive brands on social media in the region.
If you’re obsessed with creating content, understand modern social media, and know how to turn everyday moments into engaging videos — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shooting and editing daily short-form video content for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- Facebook
- YouTube Shorts
- Filming inventory, customer deliveries, behind-the-scenes moments, team personalities, and viral-style content
- Creating content that is entertaining, fast-paced, and built to perform
- Posting consistently and helping grow the TLC Motors brand online
- Bringing fresh ideas and trends to the table regularly
- Working directly with ownership and sales staff to create content people actually want to watch
What We’re Looking For
- Strong videography and editing skills
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing, captions, and retention
- Ability to create content FAST without sacrificing quality
- Self-motivated and creative
- Comfortable filming around customers and staff
- Someone who understands that social media is about storytelling and attention — not just pretty videos

Job Summary

In this role, you will be the creative force behind producing engaging visual content that captures attention and tells compelling stories. Your expertise in videography, photography, and post-production will help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional filming equipment and techniques
- Manage all aspects of post-production including editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator to create polished content
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards to visualize project ideas before filming
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content meets brand standards and campaign objectives
- Maintain organized media libraries and equipment inventory for efficient workflow
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, photography, motion graphics, and editing techniques to continuously improve content quality
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Illustrator
- Strong videography skills with experience in filming various types of content
- Expertise in video editing and post-production workflows to deliver professional-quality videos
- Knowledge of motion graphics creation to enhance visual storytelling
- Ability to operate professional filming equipment such as cameras, lighting gear, and stabilizers
- Experience with photography principles and editing tools like Adobe Lightroom
- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro or other editing software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling excellence
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
