Responsibilities:
- Photoshop and Illustrator needed.
- Responsible for adapting/re-coloring existing and purchased artwork where needed to seasonal color palettes.
- Responsible for matching Pantone Colors where necessary to Epson printers for printed output.
- Responsible for creating Pointcarre palettes for CAD and Design use to re-color artwork.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining Artwork in OneDrive Server structure to ensure all artwork is accessible.
- Responsible for uploading artwork as necessary to Aprimo in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for uploading Marketing Colors to the PLM system to include Print Artwork, Combos and Solid Colors as needed.
- Responsible for printing the artwork as needed to the appropriate printer depending on the brand being worked on.
- Responsible for assisting the Design team with presentations as needed in Google Slides or InDesign.
- Responsible for following procedures and understanding the importance of system processes to ensure efficient and successful projects.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines in a timely manner and communicating status updates on projects to Designer on a regular basis.
- Responsible for addressing all matters in a timely fashion regarding inter-office duties, working with the customers, as well as outside vendor communication and licensors as applicable.
Essential Skills:
- BA/BFA in Design/Textile Design or Design-related major (required - i.e. Textiles, Product Development, Home Fashions, or Apparel)
- Possess strong working knowledge and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Documented experience in the Design field from both college and work experience, strong color-sense, knowledge of current trends and lifestyle brand aesthetics
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and successfully prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in order to effectively communicate and report information to all levels of the Company
- Possess strong organizational, technical and analytical skills as well as critical thinking skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in product design and specification for manufacture
