Role Overview

VX Media is seeking a Creative Intern for a 3-month, paid internship supporting the Creative and Strategy teams. This role focuses on developing campaign ideas, creating visual materials, and contributing to content production for social and digital platforms.

This is a structured, hands-on role with defined deliverables and direct collaboration with creative leads.

Compensation & Duration

$20/hour
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

Creative Development

Develop initial concepts for social media and marketing campaigns based on briefs
Create mood boards and visual references to communicate creative direction
Support storyboard development for short-form video content

Content & Design

Design visual assets for social media, presentations, and campaign materials
Assist in formatting pitch decks and client-facing creative documents
Source imagery, video references, and design elements for creative use

Research & Strategy Support

Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior
Compile insights into clear, slide-ready summaries for internal use
Support campaign planning by organizing references and strategic inputs

Team Collaboration

Participate in scheduled brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
Revise work based on feedback from creative leads
Manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
Strong visual taste and understanding of social media content trends
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Clear communication skills and ability to present ideas visually
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating creative, design, or content work
Experience creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Familiarity with presentation design (Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint)

Additional Information

This role is intended to provide practical experience in creative development within a fast-paced agency environment
Interns will work on active client projects and internal creative initiatives
