The Role
You'll be the engine of our outbound motion. Working directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships, you'll identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations - and turn them into a pipeline.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute outbound sequences across BH organizations
- Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach - email, phone, LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership
- Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews
- Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows
You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 1–2+ years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role in Healthcare (previous work in AI is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication - clear, human, no filler
- Interest in behavioral health, or mission-driven startups
- A resilient, self-directed mindset - you manage your own cadence
- Coachability and a drive to improve
Bonus Points
- Experience selling into behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows
