Position Overview
Your role as our Digital Marketing Account Manager will help manage day-to-day marketing execution for a variety of client accounts. You will support paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google (occasional LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok) while also assisting with client communication, reporting, content coordination, and campaign strategy.
This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working across several brands, understands digital marketing strategy, and enjoys both the analytical side of advertising and the relationship-building side of account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Platform Campaign Management
- Design, launch, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage and optimize niche or supplemental campaigns on TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads based on client needs.
- Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive ROI.
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
2. Client Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Lead monthly check-in meetings to review performance, discuss strategy, and manage expectations.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and easy-to-understand reports for clients.
3. Strategy & Growth
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to provide data-backed recommendations for ad assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates (e.g., tracking changes, new ad formats), and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Business is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools. You must be able to "read the story" behind the numbers.
- Client-Facing Professionalism: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and marketing directors.
- Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage a high volume of accounts across different industries without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and basic tag management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software (Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp).
Pay: $51,551.89 - $62,084.00 per year
