Territory Manager: A field-focused sales role supporting municipalities, contractors, and public works teams. Red Equipment is looking for a practical, relationship-driven Territory Manager who is comfortable in the field, willing to get hands-on with municipal equipment, and ready to help customers keep their crews working.
About Red Equipment: Red Equipment, LLC is a municipal and industrial equipment dealer serving public works departments, utilities, municipalities, and contractors across the region. We represent leading manufacturers in sewer maintenance, industrial vacuum equipment, street sweepers, sewer jetters, pipeline inspection equipment, pipe-cleaning tools, and related support equipment. At Red Equipment, we believe in equipment you can count on and support that keeps you working. Our team is built around service, trust, hands-on product knowledge, practical training, and long-term customer relationships. We do not just sell equipment; we help customers choose, operate, maintain, and get the most value from the machines they depend on every day.

Training and Education: Provide basic operational training, product walkarounds, and best-practice guidance to help customers use equipment safely and effectively.
Manufacturer Coordination: Work with Red Equipment leadership, service, parts, rental, and manufacturer partners to support customer needs.
Territory Planning: Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, schedule customer visits, attend trade shows, and maintain accurate sales activity records.
What We’re Looking For: We are looking for a practical, relationship-driven sales professional who is comfortable in the field and willing to learn the equipment inside and out. This position requires someone who can talk with city managers and public works directors, while also being comfortable standing next to operators, mechanics, and field crews to understand what is happening on the job. Successful candidates will be able to work independently, manage a large territory, communicate clearly, and represent Red Equipment with professionalism, humility, and urgency. R
