As a Principal UX Designer, you will be part of the Design and User Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
- Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues related to user experience design.
- Lead multiple project teams, including internal and outsourced partners, throughout all stages of user experience development for complex products and platforms.
- Review and evaluate design activities for compliance with established UX standards, providing actionable feedback to enhance product quality.
- Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and design language into projects, ensuring cutting-edge user experiences.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or an equivalent field.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience in user experience design or related areas.
- Broad experience applying design theories, principles, and concepts across multiple IT and consumer products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data, design proposals, and negotiate options with senior management.
