The Position
Spencer’s is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Intern to support the brand’s PR, influencer partnerships, and campaign production efforts. This is a hands-on role within a fast-growing luxury wellness brand, offering experience across influencer marketing, press and content production.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, culturally aware, and excited by the worlds of wellness, hospitality, and social media.

Responsibilities
Press & PR
- Lead day-to-day press outreach to editors, writers, and media contacts across wellness, fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle publications.
- Share press releases, media kits, imagery, and press packs with media contacts and partners.
- Coordinate treatment bookings and visits for press and VIP guests.
- Maintain press and partnership tracking documents and databases.
- Research publications, media contacts, and partnership opportunities aligned with the Spencer’s brand.
Influencer Program & Community Management
- Manage creator membership communications and subscriptions.
- Maintain influencer tracking documents and databases.
- Monitor creator posting rates and campaign deliverables.
- Track creator performance, including posting activity and engagement.
- Research creators and partnership opportunities aligned with the Spencer’s brand.
- Support day-to-day reposting across Spencer’s social channels and assist with sourcing creator and community content.
- Manage community engagement across comments, DMs, and social interactions as needed.
Campaigns & Photoshoots
- Capture and edit on-brand TikTok and social-first content aligned with Spencer’s visual identity and tone.
- Support the coordination of campaign shoots, including gathering props, products, wardrobe, and production materials.
- Assist onsite during studio shoots to help ensure a smooth production process and that all items are prepared and ready for setup.
- Coordinate packing, prop returns, and post-shoot organization following productions.
Administrative Support
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Organize digital folders and update shared files as needed.
- Provide general support to the Marketing and HQ team as requested.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, beauty, and customer experience.
