Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Outside Sales Executives with experience in the commercial service industry. Ideal candidates have a strong background in business-to-business sales and are comfortable working independently to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Present, negotiate, and close new service contracts
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Participate in daily sales meetings and team collaboration
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
- Experience in the service industry preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure appointments
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel within the state as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
