ESPN New York Sales and Marketing Coordinator

ESPN New York and Good Karma Brands are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our New York team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing ideas to life, and is excited to support impactful marketing campaigns, events, and advertising partnerships. From collaborating & supporting across departments to engaging with fans and partners in the community, this position plays a key role in being the glue that helps our sales and marketing teams deliver exceptional experiences and results.
Daily Tasks of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
- Assist with creating and designing sales materials, media kits, and campaign materials
- Assist the content team with execution of site surveys and remote broadcasts
- Monitor and maintain marketing inventory, including promotional items, signage, and station vehicles
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to track promotional expenses and related documentation
- Assist with planning and execution of station contests and promotions
- Support marketing and sales departments with campaign deliverables and related coordination
- Provide sales support, including sales order entry, vCreative coordination, and invoicing support
- Create event and campaign recaps
- Participate in marketing brainstorm meetings and promotional planning discussions
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Hours/Salary/Benefits
Pay Transparency: The salary for New York-based individuals applying for this role is $62,000 - $70,000. This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and performance expectations.
This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
