Motto Realty is a modern, fast-growing real estate brokerage built for entrepreneurial agents who value branding, innovation, and growth. Alongside Motto, we also operate Benomar Properties, a top-producing real estate sales business, and a growing personal brand focused on real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and media. We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Content & Brand Marketing Manager to help support and elevate all of our brands through content creation, marketing, design, and day-to-day brand operations.
This is a hands-on role working directly with founders Benjamin and Lexi Benomar in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be involved in everything from social media and content creation to listing marketing, branding, email campaigns, and creative projects across multiple growing businesses. This is not a large corporate marketing role. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, resourceful, and excited to grow alongside a small team building modern real estate and media brands.
What You'll Do
Content & Social Media
- Capture and create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and email marketing
- Attend listing appointments, open houses, podcast shoots, events, and property tours to film content
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and social media clips
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting across brands
- Stay current on trends, platform updates, and content strategies
Marketing & Brand Support
- Design graphics, templates, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe tools
- Write captions, newsletters, listing descriptions, email campaigns, and other marketing copy
- Create and organize listing marketing materials, print collateral, and branded content
- Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms and businesses
- Help keep marketing projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
Operations & Coordination
- Manage multiple ongoing projects with strong organization and attention to detail
- Work independently with strong communication and follow-through
- Bring creative ideas, systems, and solutions to the table
- Help build and improve internal marketing processes as the businesses continue to grow

What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative with a strong eye for branding and design
- Self-starter who can work independently and problem solve
- Passion for social media, content creation, marketing, and entrepreneurship
- Interest in real estate, investing, or personal branding preferred
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred
- Marketing, communications, creative, or related degree/certification is a plus
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Structure
- $4,000–$6,000/month depending on experience
- Flexible hybrid schedule
- Contractor role to start with opportunity to grow into a long-term full-time position
- Company equipment can be provided
- Opportunity to grow into a larger marketing leadership role over time
Location & Availability
- Must be based in Atlanta, preferably central/I-285 perimeter or intown area
- Ability to meet in person regularly for shoots, listings, events, and content days
- Some weekend availability required depending on real estate schedules and events
