Our company is hiring and we need a Customer Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage Verizon’s growing portfolio by ensuring clients stay happy and connected to their premium services. This performance-driven, entry-level opportunity is perfect for those who want to control their income while learning the ropes. Your duties as a Customer Account Manager involve:
- Serve as the customer-facing point of contact for all customer accounts.
- Promote Verizon service upgrades to grow and expand existing accounts.
- Build trust with clients to ensure long-term brand loyalty and retention.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly to prevent account churn or "ghosting."
- Conduct daily account check-ins to identify new upselling opportunities.
- Manage a consistent schedule of client meetings across the city.
- Document customer feedback to help refine local marketing strategies.
- Partner with senior leads to master the metrics of account health.
