Entry Level Account Manager Core Responsibilities
- Secure new business through customer-facing Verizon 5G consultations.
- Serve as the lead expert for all local Verizon 5G accounts.
- Execute competitive strategies to expand our LIC market share.
- Proactively manage account health to ensure zero customer churn.
- Upsell existing clients on the latest Verizon hardware and features.
- Compete for top honors in both new acquisitions and retention.
- Conduct regular "tech check-ins" to ensure peak client performance.
- Collaborate with management to refine our competitive edge in LIC.
