Graphic Designer
We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of professional graphic design experience who can create high-quality digital, print, packaging, and marketing materials across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, typography, color, branding, and visual storytelling. They should be comfortable taking projects from concept to final deliverable, incorporating feedback, managing deadlines, and producing polished designs that support marketing, sales, product launches, and brand initiatives.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital, print, packaging, and marketing materials across multiple brands
- Create product packaging, labels, product mockups, promotional materials, and sales support assets
- Develop brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, sell sheets, event materials, and brand presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to develop and execute creative concepts
- Translate campaign goals, product information, and project briefs into clear and engaging visual designs
- Prepare clean, accurate, production-ready files for print, packaging, digital, and vendor use
- Support photo editing, image retouching, resizing, file optimization, and layout adjustments as needed
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, source files, and archives
- Review work carefully for accuracy, formatting, spelling, dimensions, and brand alignment
- Stay up to date with design trends, packaging trends, website design trends, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, packaging, or marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital marketing, print materials, packaging, and brand campaigns
- Experience with packaging design, label design, or product-based brands is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional, production-ready work
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions, and managing shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with website design, landing pages, UI/UX design, or e-commerce design
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or other design/prototyping tools
- Experience working with beauty, hair care, skincare, retail, e-commerce, or consumer product brands
- Experience preparing files for print vendors, packaging vendors, or production teams
- Photography, product photography, or image retouching experience is a big plus
