Job Summary
The Marketing Construction Strategist will lead the charge on the strategy around marketing our construction division of ATG. This role will work closely with our Engagement Team, Construction Sales team, and our Construction Services department to develop and execute a strategy to bring in more construction business to the company. They are committed to finding creative ways to identify customers needing our services, digitally and through in person networking, utilize tools to find those customers, as well as developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract those customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy for construction clients
- Coordinate all events, logistics, set up, swag, shipping, logistics, layout, that relates to construction
- Manage any territory visits, making sure teams have what swag they need, bus cards and anything else
- Develop plans for how to track effectiveness of events and leads from those events
- Coordinate with Engagement & Development team on any leads that come in from events, getting them into CRM, and following up with reporting on how many leads converted to business
- Collaborate with Marketing team on larger strategy for events and marketing efforts

- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals and hit deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional interruptions. Able to be at desk, phone and computer for long periods of time preparing, sending and receiving emails.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and phone skills, customer service, and written/oral communication skills required.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
