Our clientele consists of the most affluent individuals, elite athletes, and luxury commercial brands on the planet.
Our average order value is $35,000, and our sales cycle is a 3-to-6-month chess match.
We are looking for an absolute sales killer. A "unicorn" who possesses the relentless, high-volume grind and hunter mentality to attack new leads instantly, combined with the sophisticated farmer’s touch required to nurture high-net-worth relationships over a multi-month cycle.
If you lack the discipline to make the 5th, 6th, and 7th follow-up attempt, this is not the place for you. But if you have a verifiable history of high-commission payouts in the luxury space, this will be the most lucrative and rewarding career move you ever make.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Workflow)You will be armed with hot/warm inbound leads from our marketing, website, and social channels, alongside top-tier tools (HubSpot, RingCentral, custom calculators, and digital assets).
- The Blitz: When a lead hits the CRM, you move instantly. You call, text, and email—in that exact order—to lock them down.
- The Deep Dive: You will conduct 30-to-45-minute discovery calls to deeply qualify and understand the client's vision.
- The Virtual Close: You will transition qualified opportunities into deep-dive technical calls. We sell luxury, which means we sell face-to-face. You will be expected to conduct these via Google Meet video calls, connecting with families, architects, or commercial project teams.
- The Long Game: You will manage and aggressively nurture a 3-6 month pipeline, maintaining momentum from initial contact to final wire transfer.

- Construction & Design Acumen: Any prior construction experience dealing with any type of building. You should be comfortable with measuring, reading floor plans, and understanding basic architecture or design concepts.
- Tech-Savvy Pipeline Management: Direct experience managing deals and triggers within HubSpot CRM.
- Modern Sales Tools: Proficiency utilizing VOIP systems (like RingCentral) for high-volume outreach and workflow management.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Mastery of the Google Suite network for seamless internal and external collaboration.
- Health & Wellness Lifestyle: A genuine passion for and active involvement in the health, wellness, or fitness space.
