About the Role
LAGOM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Marketing Assistant to provide critical support for our brand growth by assisting with social media execution, creator coordination, and community-driven marketing initiatives.
This role is centered on providing hands-on assistance for the day-to-day execution of our social media presence, including supporting the creation and editing of native content, engaging with our community, and assisting in the coordination of influencer outreach.
You will support the creative team in maintaining a premium brand image across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, handling the day-to-day logistics and task management required to bring our social content to life.
Portfolio or relevant social media work samples required (applications without portfolio/work samples will not be considered).
What You Will Do
- Actively create, edit, and post social-native content (reels, TikToks, etc.) across platforms
- Assist in maintaining the routine content calendar and support community dialogue through consistent, proactive engagement
- Execute influencer outreach and manage logistics for creator partnerships
- Support the team by staying updated on trends and translating them into immediate, on-brand content executions
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience with a strong portfolio.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and modern social media platforms
- Ability to capture and edit high-quality social content with strong understanding of lighting, composition, and platform trends.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines to ensure content feels native and on-brand
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience with creator partnerships, influencer outreach, or community management is a plus
