Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team at an exciting stage in the company’s evolution. This entry-level role is ideal for someone deeply curious, eager to learn, and passionate about immersive technology and live entertainment. As a startup, we offer a unique opportunity to get in early, gain broad exposure across the business, and grow alongside the company as we scale.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our business development and creative teams to support sales initiatives, organize client deliverables, and help communicate our unique value through compelling case studies and proposals. For individuals who demonstrate dedication, initiative, and meaningful contributions to the company’s success, there is strong potential for expanded responsibility and upward growth over time.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Los Angeles, with occasional remote work days available upon request.
Responsibilities
- Organize and track sales leads, ensuring progress is monitored and updated.
- Create case studies of Liminal Space projects as well as competitive activations in the industry.
- Compile proposals and pitch materials for client presentations. This includes creating quotes for hardware, content, and working with engineering teams to create plans, designs for productions
- Support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, internal Executive calendar management and collaboration
- Information sharing, and follow-ups with partners and suppliers to prepare polished proposals for clients.
- Continuous and self motivated studying of the LED technology and immersive experience marketplace
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Prior experience or internship in marketing or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for immersive entertainment, technology, or live experiences is a plus.
- Passion and experience in projection or LED display technology is a plus
