Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Executive role based in Manhattan, NY. The International Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities in global agricultural commodity markets, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and coordinating with internal teams on contract execution and logistics. The role involves monitoring international market trends, pricing, and demand to provide informed sales strategies and recommendations. The International Sales Executive will also handle account inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of service and communication with global clients and partners.

Qualifications

Proven skills in International Sales and International Business, including experience working across multiple regions and time zones.
Strong Sales and Account Management capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
Customer Service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Experience in agricultural commodities, trading, or related industries is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data and market intelligence to inform decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work on-site in Manhattan, NY, manage a fast-paced workload, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
