Position Summary
minnow is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, public relations, partnerships, events, and brand campaigns.
This role will serve as a key member of the marketing team, helping to coordinate projects, manage timelines, support campaign execution, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Support the execution of channel-specific social media content across all brand owned and operated platforms, bringing the vision to life through consistent, on-brand posting
- Manage and maintain the daily social content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling across all marketing channels
- Assist in the coordination of content production with the in-house creative team
- Stay current on social media best practices, platform updates, and competitor activity, flagging relevant findings to the broader team
- Pull and compile performance reports across channels, surfacing key metrics and insights for team review
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Support the day-to-day management of influencer and affiliate programs, including outreach, communications, and relationship management through platforms such as ShopMy
- Coordinate product seeding initiatives, including product selection, shipping logistics, tracking, and reporting for seasonal and evergreen campaigns
- Maintain relationships with micro and mid-tier influencers, creators, and brand advocates, serving as a key point of contact
- Track campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives
- Assist in compiling influencer performance reports and campaign recaps
Brand Activations & Events
- Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, events, partnerships, and brand activation
- Assist with production communication, vendor and venue coordination, production timelines, and event logistics
- Coordinate event materials, guest lists, run-of-show documents, and on-site operational needs
- Support on-site event execution as needed
- Develop post-event recaps, including attendance, key learnings, and recommendations
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging experiential concepts to inspire future programming
Public Relations
- Support PR initiatives through sample trafficking, gifting and seeding logistics, and reporting
- Assist in maintaining list of key brand relationships across media and influencer
- Support in leading day-to-day communications with agency partner
- Help prepare press materials, briefing documents, and media reports
Campaigns & Partnerships
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across brand channels
- Assist with partnership and collaboration initiatives, including research, outreach support, presentation development, and project coordination
- Help develop presentations, campaign recaps, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and according to plan
Reporting & Project Management
- Create and maintain project timelines, trackers, and calendars across marketing initiatives
- Assist in tracking budgets and campaign expenses
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile reports across social, influencer, PR, events, and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, events, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms such as ShopMy, Dash Hudson, Planoly, Tribe Dynamics, or similar tools
- Active user of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and activations
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, children's, or consumer brands is a plus
