Regional Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote (Field-Based) – Must reside in Tampa or Orlando, FL Travel: 60% (Extensive overnight and weekend travel is a non-negotiable requirement) Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + Sales Incentive Opportunity
The Reality of the Role
This is not a traditional remote position. As the Regional Sales Coordinator for Florida, you are the face of TACORI in the field. This is a high-visibility, high-travel role that requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and exceptional people skills. You will be the primary point of support for our retail partners, ensuring that our brand standards are immaculate and our sales opportunities are maximized.
The "High-Level" Responsibilities
- Territory Mastery: You own the logistics and execution for your region. You aren't just visiting stores; you are auditing their marketing, training their staff, and analyzing their inventory to drive revenue.
- Strategic Partnership: You will partner directly with Sales Leadership to develop account strategies. You must be comfortable presenting data-driven "re-story" recommendations to store owners.
- Operational Command: You manage the entire sales lifecycle—from logistics and order processing in our ERP to post-event performance reporting.
- The Visual Standard: You are the "Visual Champion." You ensure every TACORI display, social media post, and website listing in your territory reflects our luxury heritage.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Field-First Mindset: You thrive on the road. You understand that "inclusive of weekends" means you are where the customers are when it matters most.
- Data-Savvy: You don't just "look" at jewelry; you look at sell-through numbers. You are proficient in Excel and can translate a spreadsheet into a sales opportunity.
- Luxury Presence: You can command a room. Whether you are leading a training session for 20 people or negotiating display space with a manager, you do so with composure and authority.
- Self-Starter: You will be traveling 60% of the time. This requires extreme personal responsibility, time management, and the ability to work independently without a desk to return to.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Location: Residing in Tampa or Orlando with immediate proximity to TPA or MCO.
- Travel Capacity: Proven ability to manage a 60% travel schedule, including overnights and weekends.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.
