Outside Sales Representative – Greater Orlando (Commercial Plumbing & Mechanical)

Scope of Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Development:
- Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the commercial plumbing and mechanical industry.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with Lehman Pipe's high standards of service and reliability.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product presentations to provide tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, quotations, and project execution.
Inside Sales Support & Development:
- Share best practices and industry insights to elevate the team's ability to handle customer inquiries, technical questions, and quote management effectively.
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert to promote aligmnent between inside and outside sales efforts, enhancing the customer experience.
Industry & Process Improvement:
- Provide ongoing feedback to refine our internal processes related to sales, quotations, and commercial contractor support.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to guide strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the commercial plumbing and mechanical space, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop internal processes that support both sales and warehouse operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of specific territory and relevant market experience, ideally within wholesale distribution, plumbing, or industrial supply.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-focused attitude.
- Basic ERP or order entry experience preferred (training provided).
- Team-player mindset.
