Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Specialist to own and improve our digital presence across search engines, AI-powered search platforms, website performance, and organic lead generation channels.
This role is focused on strategy, implementation, and optimization of our digital growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Improve local search visibility
- Optimize website structure and content
- Manage on-page and technical SEO initiatives
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Improve website performance and user experience
- Develop and optimize landing pages
- Increase website conversion rates
- Implement lead capture and conversion strategies
AI Search & Content Visibility
- Develop strategies to improve visibility within AI-powered search platforms
- Optimize content for emerging search behaviors
- Support content creation and optimization efforts
- Identify opportunities to increase organic discovery
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website performance and organic traffic trends
- Track rankings, conversions, and lead generation
- Provide monthly reporting and strategic recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities based on performance data
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and organic growth
- Experience improving search visibility and website performance
- Strong understanding of analytics and conversion optimization
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies independently
- Experience working with small businesses or service-based organizations preferred
