Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative – Wound Care. The Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, focusing on biologics and advanced wound care solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person sales calls, presenting product and practice optimization offerings, managing the sales pipeline, and following up on leads. The role involves educating clinical and administrative stakeholders on product benefits, coordinating demonstrations and training, and supporting onboarding for new accounts. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, address client concerns, and provide ongoing account management and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in healthcare or medical sales, including prospecting, relationship building, consultative selling, and closing.
- Ability to explain clinical concepts related to wound care, biologics, and regenerative products in clear, accessible language.
- Experience managing a remote territory, using CRM tools, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging clinicians and administrative decision-makers.
- Self-directed work style, ability to meet targets, and adaptability to changing client and market needs.
- Prior experience in wound care, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, training, and industry events.
