Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist internship is an on-site role located in Dallas, TX. Interns will support daily ticket and group sales activities, including making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, and following up with leads to drive attendance and revenue. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation campaigns, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and contributing to customer outreach efforts before and after games and events. The role also involves supporting the customer service team, resolving basic concerns, and promoting a positive fan experience. Interns will collaborate with the broader sales and marketing staff, participate in sales meetings, and learn best practices in sports sales and fan engagement.

- Sales-focused skills, including Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with an interest in building relationships and closing opportunities.
- Customer-facing capabilities, such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering positive fan experiences.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, including during some evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using basic CRM or sales tracking tools; proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software is beneficial.
- Interest in sports business, ticket sales, or entertainment industries; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
